Job Duties: Providing expert advice to our growing customer baseAssisting customers in in a busy retail environmentDelivering world class customer serviceAssisting our marketing team on social media campaignsConsistently learning about our product and processes - we aim to be world class at what we do!Full keyholder duties including opening and closing of the store and bankingsDaily management of the team including training and developmentDelivering strategies to increase footfall into the storeEnsuring stock accuracy and processing deliveries using our stock management systemsExceeding store targets and other KPI's

Qualifications / Experience: We'd love to meet someone with..At least 2 years experience in retail supervision/management roleGenuine passion for customer service - always going the extra mile!Passion for interiors and home trends would be advantageousProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsSolid computer skills with experience with microsoft packages including excelFlexibility to work late nights and weekendsA positive, can do attitude and genuine team player.
