Job Duties: The Team Leader will assist in providing a stable and caring environment that underpins the residents' well-being.The Team Leader will provide physical, emotional support and care for the residents of the homeThe Team Leader will develop a good working relationship with the Registered Manager and staff team and will participate in staff training and development.The Team Leader will ensure that staff provide care that follows individual care plans. The Team leader will be competent in their practice and ensure that their knowledge is current and evidence based.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths and English A* to C or equivalent. RQF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is equivalent. Two years' previous experience in a care home setting providing care. Working knowledge of adults who have Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs.Effective communication and use of IT skills.
