Job Duties: Working closely with the Housing portfolio manager you will: Lead the staff team to provide quality support so clients can live independently &Influence future housing models for mental health support.Effective business planning & performance management for the site delivered through a sustainable development plan. Management of contracts, retaining their value and identifying and capitalising on growth and innovation opportunities.Management of client support and engagement.Commissioner and relationship management.Financial management.Safeguarding, risk, quality and compliance management.
Qualifications / Experience: Be a Registered Manager or able to register as a Registered Manager as defined by the Domiciliary Care Standards.At least two years practical experience in a mental health setting.Sound understanding of the social care needs of people with mental health difficultiesTwo years' experience of managing a service including managing a staff team.Able to demonstrate competency in the administration of medication.
