Job Duties: Providing excellent customer service.Leading by example.Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed.Ensuring cleanliness is maintained.Training staff.Stock ordering & stock rotation.Good knowledge of local food producers & suppliers.Organising staff rotas & holidays.Improving sales.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role.Barista experience preferred.Experience in food preparation an advantage.Good IT skills.Having a passion for serving quality local food.
