Job Duties: High Rise is a 10,000 sq ft indoor adventure centre in Lisburn incorporating a Clip n Climb climbing arena, soft play, corporate facilities, sensory rooms, and cafe. The Fitness and Leisure Manager will be an experienced climbing instructor who can take overall responsibility for all aspects of delivering safe, fun climbing activities for guests of all ages and leading an energetic team of Clip n Climb instructors.
Qualifications / Experience: Climbing wall award or qualificationMinimum of 3 years' experience gained during the last 5 years working as a team leader in the sports and leisure industryPrevious climbing experience either within a work or leisure capacity (Clip n Climb training will be provided but applicants must be confident experienced climbers)Experience with tying knots and managing ropesPrevious experience of delivering information and/or training to large groups of people
