Job Duties: As a Team Leader you will lead by example demonstrating product knowledge and being commercially aware. It will be your responsibility to motivate your team to exceed Company targets and KPI`S, whilst offering exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, through consistent availability in an appealing retail environment.
Qualifications / Experience: To be considered for this position you must be aged 18 years or over, have at least 12 months' previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment, along with a minimum of 6 months' experience in successfully leading a team.
