Job Duties: Providing a safe, welcoming, high quality environment for children to learn and develop in an inclusive setting.To work with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting and recognise parents/ careers roles as first educators.To liaise with management and other professionals.To lead and manage a staff team.Completing programme paperwork.
Qualifications / Experience: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Children's Care, Learning and Development/enrolled on the above qualification or Early Childhood Studies Degree.ORWilling to complete QCF Level 5 in Leadership in children's care, learning and development.Experience working within a childcare environment.
