Job Duties: Work alongside the manager to create a friendly, welcoming, customer focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.Provide support with motivating the team, be passionate about engaging with our customers and work with the team to deliver against the stores sales targets. Accepting and processing deliveries. Merchandising stock out onto the shop floor and making commercial decisions.Managing the day to day operations of the store. Opening and closing and cashing up tills. Actively engage with the community to deliver results. Carrying out local marketing.

Qualifications / Experience: We are looking for individuals with Management retail experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. You will have previous experience working within a fast paced sales and results driven environment including experience of managing and engaging a team. If you are an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or a Team Leader then we would love to hear from you.
