Job Duties: The manager is required to manage the housing with care service to ensure staff support tenants to attain personal independence, choice and responsibility in their own home.To ensure that the provision of support and care is appropriate to the social, emotional and physical needs of each tenant. To be responsible for the on-going daily management of the service and to ensure that this is carried out in an effective and efficient manner by adhering to the Apex, Regulation & Quality Improvement Authority and Supporting People regulations, standards and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience: First level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register or Professional Social Work qualification and registered with NISCC and minimum of four years work experience in any health or social care setting working with mental health issuesTwo years previous management experience including staff management, financial management, and administration or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and registered or willing to register with NISCC and minimum of five years practice experience in any health and social care setting working with mental health issues.Two years previous management experience including staff management, financial management, and administration.
