Job Duties: The overall purpose of the role is to lead, manage and develop the Authority's catering service. As a key member of the Catering Team, the Senior Catering Manager is accountable for the provision of an effective and efficient catering service, which complies with statutory requirements and relevant legislation, to a diverse number of locations within the respective localities.
