Job Duties: Please see job information for more detail The Education Authority's Catering Service is looking for an experienced and talented Service Improvement Manager to lead, manage and direct our Service Improvement Team. This is an extremely exciting opportunity not to be missed for an experienced Service Improvement Manager who has an appetite to make a real difference to the school meals service and wants to play a key role in the catering service which has ambitious plans for the future. Provide clear, strong leadership to the Service Improvement Team to ensure all improvements are implemented and evaluated at regular intervals.Manage and direct a new service improvement team in: Food and Product Development, Marketing of the service to a large audience, devising and agreeing all future brands in catering, quality assurance and inspection, service development and customer service satisfaction levels.

Qualifications / Experience: Please see job information for full list of criteria Hold a bachelor's degree (UK Qualification and Credit Framework Level 6) or an equivalent or higher qualification and three years' demonstrable experience of delivering service wide improvement across multiple sites within the catering sector.Or:Have five years' demonstrable experience of delivering service wide improvement across multiple sites within the catering sector.
