Job Duties: Reporting to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager you will help to lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds our customer's expectations and makes a difference in the local community.

Qualifications / Experience: To be considered for this position you must have at least 6 month experience at a supervisory level leading a team of people in a customer-focused environment. A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team membersTarget driven to help to store achieve their business plans/priorities and be focused on continuous improvement.Be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.
