Job Duties: Responsible for screening and allocation of referrals and monitoring of caseloads / responsibilities of team members. Provide clear direction and leadership to team members through use of operational supervision, professional supervision (when appropriate), case supervision and other line management arrangements.Establish and manage links with the team and Trust professional colleagues, professional Heads of Service and others, to promote effective multi-disciplinary working.

Qualifications / Experience: 5 years post qualification experience to include 2 years experience at Band 6 or above in a community Learning Disability / Physical Disability /Sensory Disability setting.Experience in delivering objectives which have led to a significant Improvement in Service.Experience in working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in a role which has contributes to successful change management.
