Job Duties: Lead by example demonstrating product knowledge and being commercially aware. It will be your responsibility to motivate your team to exceed Company targets and KPI`S, whilst offering exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, through consistent availability in an appealing retail environment.
Qualifications / Experience: To be considered for this position you must have at least 12 month's previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment, along with a minimum of 6 month's experience in successfully leading a team.
