Job Duties: Located within our stores, daily Deli is a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. We're looking for a special candidate who will lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen - from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

Qualifications / Experience: The Ideal Candidate will have:A passion for food with a proven track record for delivering a fantastic customer experience in a similar role. You'll have at least 1 year's experience in a serviced food role, and you'll see your role as a profession, helping us to develop daily Deli as a key destination for food on the go.You'll have at least 6 month's experience in leading a team.A positive attitude and a love for people you'll inspire and motivate your team to be the best. Creative flair and an eye for detail, ensuring that excellent presentation and standards are maintained.Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures- you'll have minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety.Commercial Awareness, and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators such as sales, costs and profitability.
