Job Duties: We have an excellent opportunity for ambitious and experienced Food Service Manager. You would be a multitasker and would be passionate in delivering a world class service to our clients and customers. You would be managing the front line team and performing various tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations. You would be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit to provide great quality Food Service and Support Services as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Able to deliver Great Customer Service.Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and procedures.Flexible attitude to and embraces change.Able to work in a busy environment and deliver excellent standards.Basic numeracy & literacy skills.Good communication skills to communicate with customers & colleagues.Desirable Criteria:Competent in IT.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area.Experience of working in a busy environment involving high levels of customer care.
