Job Duties: Overall Purpose:To perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. To perform general duties which support the efficient running of a contract or unit in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Good communication skills.Able to deliver great Customer Service.Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and procedures.Able to work in a busy environment and deliver excellent standards.Basic numeracy & literacy skills.Takes pride in personal appearance.Desirable Criteria:Experience working in a catering or similar environment.Experience in cash handling.Experience of working in a busy customer facing role.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area.
