Job Duties: Working in a small kitchen preparing meringues. This involves making mixture, baking and watching oven time.Working alone and with two others. Monitoring the oven to check on meringues. Building packaging cases. Answering telephone for bookings.

Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Food certificate Experience would be great.This person requires a knowledge of a kitchen.Speed is required as it is very busy.
