Job Duties: Basic food preparation.Cooking and presenting food in according to Chefs specs.Cleaning plates, cutlery, pots and pans.Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas.Stock control & ordering.Unloading and putting away deliveries.Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors.Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms.Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and adhering to safety & hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications / Experience: Some experience of working in a kitchen environment is preferable, although full training will be given and a good friendly can-do approach is required. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
