Job Duties: AimTo provide the highest standards of cleanness & hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areasObjectivesTo ensure all equipment is cleaned to the highest standardsTo follow correct cleaning proceduresTo be aware of the need to use the correct chemicals & PPE¿sTo ensure chemicals are used & stored correctlyTo be aware of the correct storage of all crockery & utensilsTo ensure that Food Hygiene & Health & Safety Regulations are adhered toTo ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the highest standardsTo close down the kitchen & report to Duty Manager when completeAny duties as requested by Head ChefAll other duties as requested
