Job Duties: The employer is: THE PLANT ALCHEMIST.Provide top quality customer service experience for our community of plant & coffee loving customers. Provide a wealth of information around plants/ store products & learn how to make top quality coffee & tea.Work with customers to understand their needs & create offers, opportunities through our workshops & product ranges. Develop plant arrangements & present plants and products in store aligning with our brand style.Planning & building of store displays & pop-up shops while working behind the scenes on stock taking & online content creation for social media platforms. You will build outstanding knowledge to advise customers on plant care & encourage purchases to best suit their needs.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Passion for house plants & coffee. Ability to engage in conversation with customers. Computer literate across social media platforms & Microsoft. Desirable Criteria (not essential):Barista experience or training.Driving Licence.Video editing. Copy writing.Creative eye & attention for detail.Previous experience will be considered advantageous for the role Barista training or experience.Creation of shop displays & market stalls in line with company brand.Knowledge around house plant care.Customer service experience in a small business retail environment or market stalls.Social media experience across Instagram & Facebook making videos & content for posts & stories.Knowledge of Shopify or other online selling platforms.
