Job Duties: Main duties will include:Ensuring basic cleaning jobs are carried out quickly and efficiently within a busy kitchen and restaurant.Manage pot and plate areas which includes heavy lifting.Cleaning food preparation areas and equipment.Keeping all work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised including outside areas surrounding the restaurant.Ability to work well under pressure and follow instructions.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience working in a similar role for at least one year is required for this position along with excellent communication skills and the ability to use own initiative at times.
