Job Duties: To provide excellent service to all Customers in line with Company standardsWelcome Customers, prepare and sell coffee following prescribed recipes and preparation techniquesPresent and explain Coffee Menu and answer any queriesMaintain inventoriesWait tables as required Work in Kitchen as requiredProcess orders Provide accurate bills and take correct paymentLook after the needs of Customers by showing a 'can do' attitude at all time Work as part of a team with all staff to meet department objectives

Qualifications / Experience: ESSENTIALGCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above. Essential Skills Level 2 in application of number (Maths) and Communication (English) is equivalent to these GCSE requirementsCandidates will have experience of front of house with excellent customer service skills along with 2 years' experience in a customer facing roleDESIRABLE Candidates will have 2 years in a Barista position during the last 5 years Level 2 Award in Food Safety (formally basic food hygiene)
