Job Duties: To cover the cooks absence from the nurseryTo assist the cook in the daily running of the kitchenTo provide all children with a nutritious, balanced and varied dietTo follow all menus provided by RascalsTo ensure the kitchen is clean and at a high level of hygieneTo drop off and collect children from nursery or school and transport them safely back to RascalsEnsure each child is strapped in using the seat belts and booster seats (age appropriate) at all times Ensure all children are left into the appropriate room with a member of staff To follow the roles and responsibilities and professional conduct set out by the nursery

Qualifications / Experience: Level 2 - Food Safety in Catering (C.I.E.H.).A good level of understanding in nutritional values of food.Have experience working in a kitchen setting.
