Job Duties: To assist in the safe, hygienic and efficient operation of the hospitality facilities. To provide lecturers with practical help in the kitchen when necessary.

Qualifications / Experience: Have at least a Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene or Food Preparation.Have at least two years relevant employment experience.relevant defined as employment experience working in a catering environment e.g. Café, Coffee Shop or Kitchen, with duties including cleaning, cooking or till operation.Desirable:Have employment experience of food preparation or cooking.If, as a direct result of a disability, you cannot fully meet the essential experience requirement of the criteria for this post the College will waive this requirement.
