Job Duties: As a key member of the Orchardville Café team you will contribute to the success of Orchardville by providing excellent customer service to all customers whilst working alongside and mentoring participants to support them in employment to maximise their individual potential and opportunities for progression.
Qualifications / Experience: The essentials1 years' experience in a busy café / front of houseLiteracy and numeracy level 2, or equivalent qualificationBasic food hygieneDesirable Criteria NVQ Level 2 in a catering subjectExperience of cooking in a café or other commercial environmentExperience of working with people with learning disability / autism spectrum condition in either a personal, training, or employment setting
