Job Duties: The Employer is: Spar Newry (Dublin Road).Duties include:Serving food on the deli counter and production of other product lines may also be required.Assisting with the preparation of food and presentation of counters, ensuring they are maintained and fully stocked.Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are hygienic and tidy according to merchandising standards.Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are followed.Operating and security of tills, temperature control, recording of waste, maintenance of vending machines.Attending training and meetings as required by the line managerProduction will be needed on 5 days each week for 4 to 8 hours per shift, the work schedule is flexible for either early morning or mornings.You will be required to prepare product from fresh and raw ingredients playing key attention to detail and presentation.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Good customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and HACCP is essential but full training is available.
