Job Duties: Position: Customer Service AssistantLocation:Downey Prep SchoolWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients.You will be performing tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.You will also help supporting with the general duties which support the efficient running of a contract or unit in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work areaBe able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, about uniform, health and safetyCustomer service focusedSelf-motivated and able to use own initiativeAbility to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitudeDesirable:Experience of working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service timesExperience of working in environments involving high levels of customer careNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area
