Job Duties: The employer is: DOCS FISH AND CHIPS.Learning how to correctly prepare batter ensuring that it is consistently of the high standard required.Checking oil temperatures. Conducting quality control on food items at both the pre-cooked and cooked stage.Having a genuine interest in learning what effectively is a skilled role. Cutting and trimming fish, using specialist knifes and correct chopping boards. Checking over fish deliveries and ensuring they are correctly stored.Maintaining a hygienic workplace.Working as part of a team.Other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: The ability to take direction.An interest in catering.An interest in learning a new skill.Flexibility to work a variety of weekdays, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
