Job Duties: We are looking for a special candidate who will lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen, from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You will be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.
Qualifications / Experience: The Ideal Candidate will have:A passion for food, with a proven track record for delivering a fantastic customer experience in a similar role. You will have at least 1 years experience in a serviced food role, and you will see your role as a profession, helping us to develop dailyDeli as a key destination for food on the go.You will have at least 6 months experience in leading a team.A positive attitude and a love for people, you will inspire and motivate your team to be the best. Creative flair and an eye for detail, ensuring that excellent presentation and standards are maintained.Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures, you will have minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety.Commercial Awareness, and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators such as sales, costs and profitability.Applicants should note that based on the response, the Company may increase the shortlisting criteria.
