Job Duties: To foster a person-centred approach to supported employment, providing customised, responsive and high-quality support to assist an employee to carry out a range of tasks as a Bakery Technician. To work to achieve retention and sustainability of the individual. Initially for 20 hours per week (Monday- Friday 08.00-12.00).The successful applicant may be required to work in any of the Colleges buildings, as necessary

Qualifications / Experience: Possess a Level 2 Food Safety qualification OrGive a commitment to complete thisExperience of working in the hospitality/catering industry Experience of providing person centred support to an individual(s) eg. with an individual with a disability Discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Flexible approach with a focus on service and performance Calm, patient and positive in their interactionA detailed job description can be found on our website www
