Job Duties: At the Game of Thrones Studio Tour our Lobby Café & Studio Café will be serving speciality barista beverages.  This role requires the highest level of customer service to clients and customers in a coffee service environment, whilst ensuring maximum sales are achieved through promotional activity, product knowledge and upselling at every opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area.Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.Demonstrates an interest in coffee.Has some experience making coffee.Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible and dynamic, taking on tasks that are beyond just crafting beverages.Desirable Criteria:Experience of working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times.Experience working in a team environment.Has an understanding of Speciality Coffee.Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.Knowledge of a standard beverage construction in a café environment.Has an interest in all hot beverages, including tea.
