Job Duties: To cover the cooks absence from the nursery.To assist the cook in the daily running of the kitchen.To provide all children with a nutritious, balanced and varied diet.To follow all menus provided by Rascals.To ensure the kitchen is clean and at a high level of hygiene.
Qualifications / Experience: Level 2- Food Safety in Catering (C.I.E.H.)A good level of understanding in nutritional values of foodHave experience working in a kitchen setting
