Job Duties: Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group are recruiting for hospitality professionals at all levels to join our team at a new world class visitor attraction located in Banbridge, County Down. We are looking for hospitality professionals to join our team at the official Game of Thrones Studio Tour in Banbridge. We welcome people from all hospitality disciplines and have a range of flexible working patterns to suit your work/life balance, which include full time, part time, temporary and casual positions.Location: Game of Thrones Studio Tour, Linen Mills Studio, BanbridgeAt the Game of Thrones Studio Tour our Lobby Café & Studio Café, you will be serving specialty barista beverages. Â

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area.Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitudeDemonstrates an interest in coffee.Has some experience making coffee.Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible and dynamic, taking on tasks that are beyond just crafting beverages.Desirable Criteria:Experience of working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times.Experience working in a team environment.Has an understanding of Speciality Coffee.Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care.Knowledge of a standard beverage construction in a café environment.Has an interest in all hot beverages, including tea.
