Job Duties: Job Responsibilities:You will be working within a fast-paced food production environment. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients to be used for production, cooking, monitoring quality, packing and general food production duties.Chopping & mixing veg, and cooked meat products for use in salads and sandwichesWashing and preparing vegetable productsPreparing a variety of food to go products, in line with business needs

Qualifications / Experience: Good communication skills, including written EnglishBasic reading and mathematical skill for following recipes and training manuals.Have an understanding of Food Hygiene and importance of good Health and Safety practice and procedures.Be willing and able to learn practices involving all aspects of the production of food products.The ability to work as part of team and make a positive contribution.Ability to take accountability and work on own initiative without supervision.A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business and the role.
