Job Duties: Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.Weigh or measure ingredients, as required. Prepare fresh vegetables, including potatoes and onions.Record temperatures of food storage areas.Keep work area and the exterior of premises clean.Please note will involve lifting multiple bags of potatoes [25kgs] unaided.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience preferred in food preparation but not essential, as full training will be provided.Ideal candidates would have previous experience of working in a catering role and the boning / portioning of fish.
