Job Duties: The employer is: BUNELOS COFFEE & DONUTSWe are recruiting for a Bakery Assistant who will help with the production of donuts and hand decorating donuts. The successful candidate does not have to have previous catering/baking experience but a genuine interest in the industry would be an advantage. Duties will include operating specialist machinery, following recipe instructions consistently, ensuring quality control, conducting duties in line with food safety guidelines, decorating donuts with various flavourings and toppings, general cleaning duties and other duties within reason.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience is not essential but some experience or interest at even home baking level would be an advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone to pursue a trained career within a professional baking environment. Candidates must be able to work the shift pattern of 12.30am to 4am on a rota basis to include weekends and have transport or lifts available. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
