Job Duties: ResponsibilitiesDeploy desktops and laptops in the main manufacturing site and another satellite office (travel required).This will include the decommissioning and install of old and installation of new hardware and carrying out equipment audits.Follow clearly defined installation guidelines and end user familiarisation on new equipment.Maintain excellent standards of customer. Apply defined Asset Management process and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaGood experience in computer hardware and various windows operating systems. Particularly Windows 10 and Office 365. Good experience in a customer facing role preferably gained on a customer site.Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a delivery team.Demonstrate the ability to follow processes and documentation. Good interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in troubleshooting issues as they arise and working to an appropriate resolution. Desirable CriteriaExperience in working on large project rollouts.Knowledge or experience of networks in a computer environment.
