Job Duties: The purpose of these posts is to manage the teams that will lead, deliver and support the implementation of DAERAs Digital Delivery Programmes. Currently these include the Northern Ireland Food Animal Information System (NIFAIS) project, Agriculture and Rural Development Support Schemes programme, Regulatory Transformation Programme and the wider Departmental Digital Transformation Programme. The goal of these programmes/projects is to realise the benefits associated with a shift from traditional service delivery channels towards more efficient and effective digital delivery. Qualifications / Experience: Eligibility criteria: A minimum of 2 years experience of effective leadership, setting strategic direction and managing resources to successfully deliver business objectives relating to digital transformation in a complex and changing environment; AND A minimum of 2 years experience of building constructive, positive and collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management, to effectively deliver significant organisational objectives;AND At least 2 years practical experience of using a structured programme/project management approach to manage/support the delivery of a significant digital transformation project OR service that resulted in tangible business improvement(s) / return on investment.
