Qualifications / Experience: Hold a Bachelors Degree (UK Qualification and Credit Framework Level 6) or an equivalent, higher or professional qualification in a related field to the post AND have a minimum of two year's experience of leading the design and delivery of innovation and/or digital transformation initiatives resulting in measurable service improvements in a complex organisation;ORHave a minimum of five year's experience of leading the design and delivery of innovation and/or digital transformation initiatives resulting in measurable service improvements in a complex organisation.Please see job information for more detail.
