Job Duties: The employer is: UNITY IT LTD.This job will include several IT technical support responsibilities, working as a junior member of the team. We will work with you to find the strengths and responsibilities that best suit you. You will be expected to learn and assist with the below technologies.Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Teams.Firewall configuration & implementation.Basic IT troubleshooting - Office 365, Network devices, Endpoint security.Adhere to basic ITIL implementation.To perform other IT support tasks as shown or requested by senior technical staff.To resolve faults and answer queries as requested by senior technical staff within the time frames requested.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:A willingness and enthusiasm to learn. Good computer skills.Desirable:An interest in IT security.Driving License.
