Job Duties: To lead the Technical Services team at the College and to manage Technical Services across all College Campuses including Infrastructure, Desktop, Security, Network and Helpdesk.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaA qualification at Level 6 or above in a relevant discipline, with at least 2 years' experience of working in the area of IT and Network Management.OrA qualification at Level 5 or above in a relevant discipline, with at least 3 years' experience of working in the area of IT and Network Management.GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade A-C or equivalent.At least 2 years' experience in the supervision of staff.Proven ability to run projects and working knowledge of Project Management techniques, budgeting, programming, cost control and reporting.Ability to analyse data and produce relevant accurate reports.Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of people management skills.Access to a car and able to travel between campuses and other business use as required or ability to demonstrate mobility.
