Job Duties: The employer is: ONEILLS IRISH INTERNATIONAL SPORTS CO LTD.A working knowledge in local, wide area and cloud networks including management servers, VMs, clients, switches, routers, firewalls, smartphones and line of business applications. Experience in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.Verify functionality of hardware/software components.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in person, remotely and by phoneAssist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.Conduct daily network backup operations.Participate in all job training and coaching.Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.Ensure good working relations with colleagues.Ensure that company polices are adhered to always.Any other reasonable duties requested.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:At least two years experience in a tech support role.A relevant IT qualification.A clean drivers licence and access to a car for daily business use.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to ask clarifying questions and provide accurate information.Well organised and goal orientated.Flexible and committed to meeting deadlines.Desirable:Experience in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure would be an advantage.
