Job Duties: The post holder will be involved with maintenance call handling, help desk, engineer works order programming, management reporting and analysis, administration duties.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Must be able to demonstrate a high level of previous experience in a call handling environment.A general knowledge of building maintenance, property or building services terminology.Ability to use IT / database systems and keep task order records up to date.Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service in a help desk, contact centre, facilities management, maintenance or call centre environment.Evidence of administrative skills.Confident, adaptableDesirable:A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English or equivalent.
