Job Duties: To supervise the Learning Resource Centre during evening opening hours and work as part of the Centre for Excellence for Digital Learning team that provides a high quality digital learning service to staff and students.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria A relevant qualification at Level 3 or aboveGCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent).Minimum of 1 years' experience working with IT packages.Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer facing role. First Aid certificate or willingness to undertake this qualification after appointment.Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to prioritise and manage workloads to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
