Job Duties: To effectively lead the analysis of business processes, performance metrics, products, services, and systems within the Operations department to make improvements and profitable decisions through insights and data analysis. The On Music Operations Analyst will evaluate and make decisions on individual, team and contract productivity / quality rates delivered to the organisation's client base. Be responsible for the documentation of processes by assessing business models, internal and external processing policies, and their integration with technology.
Qualifications / Experience: Proven communication skills evidenced by successful outcomes with key stakeholders.Experience of planning and organising activities appropriate to team setting.To be able to demonstrate the ability to carry out accurate data investigations and communicate the results clearly.A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Organised with effective planning and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical / statistical skills.The ability to make sound and evidenced decisions which deal effectively with issues and are based on thorough analysis and diagnosis.Highly motivated, `can do' attitude.The ability to manage and mentor a team to deliver high performance.
