Job Duties: Take ownership of all IT projects ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.Identification and Management of Project documentation, project plans, risks and issuesIdentify project resource requirements both personnel and equipment, and liaise with departmental managers regarding project resource allocationCommunicate up and down the team structureProvide direction and support to project teamConstantly monitor and report on progress of all IT projects to stakeholdersImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsProvide input into departmental financial reporting and projectionsAssists with development and oversight of programming and testing for projectsIdentifies opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes

Qualifications / Experience: Be qualified to degree level or have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering IT transformation Qualification in project management or equivalent (Prince2)Experience working with cross functional teamsExperience working within a face paced environment Experience managing complex ERP projectsKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementComprehensive knowledge of current IT standards, applications and trends
