Job Duties: Answer our inbound helpdesk calls and provide full technical support with occasional client site visits.Provide solutions based on service levels and support requirements of the customer.Record all actions and solution details, keeping the customer updated at all timesOccasional out of hours support and regular out of hours on call availability.Maintain procedures and system documentation.
Qualifications / Experience: PC and Printer Hardware.Understanding of networking - firewalls, routing, TCP/IP.ICR Touch & EPOS experienceMicrosoft operating systems (XP/7/8/10)The Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)Excellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skills
