Job Duties: Manage the range of services within their remit in line with standards defined by BSO.Provide support and work collaboratively with commissioners to develop HSC ICT strategy. Ensure that relevant HSC ICT strategy objectives are delivered and implemented.

Qualifications / Experience: A university degree or relevant professional qualification and have worked for at least 4 years in a senior management role [a] in a major complex organisation [b] which involves dealing with the procurement, development, testing, implementation and transition of complex and critical ICT servicesOrHave 8 years experience, of which 4 years must be in a senior management role [a] in a major complex organisation [b], which involves dealing with the procurement, development, testing, implementation and transition of complex and critical ICT services in a senior management role in a major complex organisation.Have at least 2 years experience in service level management customer service management including performance against specific KPIs within an organisation comparable in size and complexity to BSO.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification
