Job Duties: Technical support to all ICT users, including the diagnosis and resolution of hardware/software faults across a diverse range of software and hardware products in both standalone and networked environments.Advice to ICT users regarding the operation of security policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Experience: A Degree in ICT/Computer Science AND 12 months relevant experience in an ICT support environment.ORA HND/HNC in ICT/Computer Science AND 2 years relevant experience in an ICT support environment.OR5 years' relevant experience* in an ICT support environment.
